Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days from the day the package has arrived to you. The return shipping will be at the buyers expense. Please be aware that the condition of the item must be unchanged. Also notice that the responsibility of the product during the return shipping is the buyers. We will charge an administrative fee of 150 SEK per return.

How to return;
1) Navigate to www.bacchusantik.com/account
2) Enter your e-mail
3) Enter the 6 digit code sent to your e-mail
4) Click request return button
5) Choose the items you wish to return
6) Kindly provide a reason for your return.

Please mark the return parcel clearly with "RETURNED GOODS", in order to avoid paying custom fees.
